Kitchen
The kitchen has new maple laminate flooring, and new cabinet and drawer fronts. Modern stainless steel pulls have been
installed on all cabinets and drawers. All of the appliances are white and are all under 6 years old. They are staying with
the home. There is a lot of cupboard and pantry space with additional pantry space around the corner.
Family Room
The family room is located right off of the kitchen. It also has maple laminate flooring. There is a cut out in the wall for a 54” TV. The wood-burning stove is located in this room in the corner. It sits on a tiled surface against tiled walls.
There is also a family room located in the basement. We have used it as a game room, and now it is our kid’s playroom.
It has maple laminate flooring as well so it is obviously easy to clean and durable.
Bathrooms
The main floor bathroom has two sections. The first contains a sink/vanity and mirror. The second contains the toilet,
sink/vanity, mirror and bath/shower combo. The basement bathroom will have a sink/vanity, mirror, toilet and shower.
Storage
There is a huge storage room in the basement that is unfinished. There is a second storage room with built in shelves for
your food storage and roller shelves for cans. There is also room for a freezer.
Salon/Laundry Room
The laundry room is a 12x15 room that has also become an in home salon. It has a separate entrance and the laundry has
been enclosed in a laundry closet to keep it out of sight of clients. This room has water connections that are currently
being used for a shampoo sink, but could easily accommodate any other sink. This room could be used as a craft room, mud
room, office space etc. It is located on the main level.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is a great size. It EASILY fits our queen size bed, two dressers, two nightstands, a chair and two seats at the foot of the bed. There are two closets and a door that leads to a side patio. There is also a door that leads to a second bedroom.
The second bedroom is also very good sized. It has a walk in closet and two large windows.
The third bedroom that is located on the main level has a sloped ceiling, a closet and a large window.
The other two bedrooms are located in the basement. Both have windows and closets.
Office
The office is also on the main level. It has the same maple flooring as the rest of the upper level. It is a great size.
This room could easily become a second family room, den, or playroom upstairs.
Yard
This home sits on a ½ acre. There is PLENTY of room to run, garden or have great family gatherings. There is also large deck perfect for entertaining. There are many large, mature trees in the front and back yard.
